Finally. my urge to start web-designing has now become a reality. It took being let go of my retail position of twelve years (ten in-store and two remote) to step back and realize that the selling life is no longer for me. The pandemic has spoiled me forever on staying home, so why not do something I enjoy and be rewarded for it? *pting pting pting* go the bullets as they knock down all three steel-tinged bullseyes; right in the center.

Why be at the mercy of a schedule? Why drive and deal with the corporate hierarchy and structure? Why deal with ungrateful customers and managers who only care to berate you every day? Why get stressed with being treated as a lower-than, when you can be at home and have meals on the fly, listen to music, and step out in the hot sun for a few minutes as you do what you love? Why not enjoy this freedom? Sure, you'll be nervous at first when the income isn't rolling like it used to, how you're losing sleep about those taxes and your bank account, and when the first job comes along, but in the end it will be worth it.

Your one-and-only life is way too short to not be the best person you can be, so experience it on your own terms like you should. It's why VMFX and VMFX Graphics now exist.
